Q What different services do you offer?

Many companies have 'templated' service offerings like a standard, deep, or premium clean. We offer 'custom cleaning' for every client. What this means is that YOU get to decide what you want done. Windows? OK! No bedrooms - common areas only? We can do that! Bathrooms. but not the kitchen? No problem! Something different every visit? We've got you covered!

We'd love to set up a regular cleaning program for you, but let's decide together what that should looks like for your home. Whether that includes ironing your sheets, or clearing the dishwasher and putting items in the cupboards, we believe the purpose of having a house-cleaning service is to "have it your way". That's what we're here to provide.

Q What areas do you service?

Most of our clients are in the Northwest, Southeast and Southwest parts if the Las Vegas Valley. The only ares we don't service is the eastside (near Nellis AFB) or Sunrise Mountain.

Q What forms of payment do your accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We don't accept cash or checks. Having a "cash-free" structure means we don't require our cleaners to come back to the office to drop off cash or checks - which saves you money, by allow us to reduce costs.

Q Are your cleaners employees or independent contractors?

All the cleaners at Fast Friendly Spotless are employees (almost like family). This means we can provide top-of- the line training, supplies, equipment and a well above industry standard compensation package. We understand that great cleaners are the lifeblood of our businesses - we literally couldn't exist without them and we treat them with the respect they deserve.
